This carpet is handmade in the area surrounding the village of Sarough ( Saruq ) in the western parts of central Persia. Heavy weight combined with fine quality knotting and wool make a truly exceptional carpet.

This rug is handmade in a extra large rare size, it is completely unique and individually made.
