Beautiful and very long Afghan runner in this wonderful garous design. How joyful would this be in a long hallway or even decorating a staircase as this is certainly long enough to be fitted as a stair runner. The size is 770 cm x 73 cm. Beautiful runners such as this are like hens teeth, so if you are in need of a stunning and super long hall runner, this could be yours!

This rug is hand knotted in Mazār-e Sharīf Afghanistan by the most skilled Afghan weavers. Hand spun wool is used with natural dyes derived from flowers and berries, as well as walnut husks and pomegranate rind, madder root and indigo then the rug is lovingly washed and finished. The end result is a very special rug with real depth and movement of colour. Each piece is completely unique and individually made.
