These Afghan rugs were originally woven by the nomadic Tekke tribe in central Asia and were predominantly traded in the markets of Bokhara. Famous for there Gul design ( eight sided repeating motif ) and their beautiful red colouring. This Afghan rug represents exceptional value but is also a hard-wearing and usable piece.

Each rug is one of a kind and unique. Unusual narrow width.
