TOPOV RUG - 300cm x 245cm (10' x 8')

Full of joy like a watermelon that is how I would describe this Topov rug. The background colour is every shade of green! It is truly wonderful and grassy. The beautiful rustic knot of the Topov creates texture and the wool is so soft underfoot. The design is simple and contemporary with pops of red and buttercup yellow which work to create such a joyful feeling. Such a happy rug! My favourite part though is the way it has been finished. The border reads like a menu as it contains each strand of colour used within the piece. So clever! This is why I love handmade rugs. It's the little details which make them so precious.

A one of a kind piece made from raw hand-spun, vegetable-dyed wool, this contemporary rug is from a very limited production by Afghan weavers.
