KARAKUL RUGS
This very beautiful and unusual piece has a botanical disign. The background colour is a soft blue and the design is picked out in ochre, medoc red and wonderful greens. These are accompanied by earthier tones of moss green, russet and chocolate. The wool used is of an exceptional quality and locally sourced from sheep which graze at high altitude making it exceptionally hard wearing and full of natural oils.
We only make hand knotted rugs: no shortcuts and no hand tufting. Quality and good design is incredibly important in creating beautiful yet sustainable products.
