This Kilim rug was handwoven in the Kurdistan region of western Persia. The pattern of rhombs, mir-e buteh is woven in beautiful soft pinks and blues. This kilim is made using hand spun wool and natural dyes.

These older examples are now vary hard to find in such good condition. A fantastic example of this style of rug.
